SEMMEX 2026 saw CAMS members collect a variety of awards, but the highlights were Bill Hensler taking another Best Ship with his U.S.S. Arizona and Dick Davenport taking a gold for his newly-build Fiat.
Bill said he now had to find a permanent home for the 1/200 scale ship that pushes 3 feet long.
Several other of the CAMS displays took bronze medals along with a couple of honorable mentions.
We get together at least once a month to share ideas, techniques and our latest work. We look forward to seeing what you have built and sharing with you.
We meet the first Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m. at Judson Memorial Baptist Church, 531 Glendale Avenue, Lansing. Our next meeting is November 5.
