On the bench at the “Glue Bomb Express”, hosted by The Fishstick (Chris Long), is the Revell Peterbilt 359 Conventional tractor. This is a fairly easy kit to build as a box stock. However, that’s not going to happen to this one. Fishstick is adding 3D printed rear fenders, fuel tanks, and several other custom accessories.

The project also involves a little scratch building, Fishstick’s first time. The straight pipe exhaust is made from Evergreen tube and small metal tube for mounting to the cab. There is a scratch built drop visor for the front. The frame plates between the cab and fifth wheel, and the frame plates behind the fifth wheel, are all made from 3D printed parts off a headache rack. Speaking of headache racks, there is a custom printed rack with chains and binders.

As said by Jon Bius: “If you ain’t having fun, you’re doing it wrong.”
